Cotton Creek Soap & Sundries is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee.  A place where hard work, a volunteering spirit and welcoming smiles are a long time tradition.  We don't have employees, we have family.  Everyone here at Cotton Creek strives to produce every single product in such a way that we can offer you a 100% complete satisfaction guarantee. We don't have fancy cutters, fancy molds, fancy packaging or even a fancy-shmancy web site. We make small batches. This ensures quality, lots of personal attention and we think produces a better bar of soap for you. This also allows us to do what we like to do!  Make soap everyday.  Always experimenting in the kitchen for new and exciting ways to give you the products you want.

In keeping with the old tradition of "the customer is always right" we offer a plain and simple policy. If you purchase any product from Cotton Creek and you're not 100% completely satisfied with the aroma, quality or your purchase was not in superior condition upon arrival, please send an email complete with your order # and we will either replace your product or a refund will be issued. It is because we believe that you will absolutely love natural products and feel the difference compared to mass produced bath and body products, that we can offer this 100% return policy. Keep in mind that Cotton Creek is a business and we want you to be happy. We advise that you not purchase large quantities of soap the first time. We make available small samples and encourage you to request one first.
